Phil Henderson, President of Henderson Properties, is a licensed Realtor® in both North and South Carolina, offering strategic guidance to real estate investors, homeowners, and tenants in the Charlotte area. After starting his career in business, Phil, an investor himself with over 30 rental properties, founded Henderson Properties in 1990 when his success in managing rentals led to a growing demand. What began as a side venture quickly became his full-time passion, leading to the growth of a company that now manages over 800 rentals, 200 community associations, and offers a range of services including real estate sales, renovations, and maintenance. In 2021, the Association Management division was acquired by RealManage, but Henderson Properties continues to focus on property management, renovations, and real estate sales.
Phil, a North Carolina native and Appalachian State University graduate with a degree in business administration, has been actively involved in professional organizations, including serving as the inaugural President of the NARPM Charlotte chapter. Henderson Properties is accredited by the Better Business Bureau and is a proud member of several local organizations, including the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association, Entrepreneur’s Organization (Charlotte), and various chambers of commerce.
