Rental Division Manager
As the Rental Division Manager, Adam is dedicated to setting the benchmark for customer-centric operations, mentoring the leasing and rental management teams, and ensuring that all internal and external clients have the resources they need. He operates with a people-first philosophy, believing that success naturally follows when individuals are treated with care, respect, and integrity.
Adam has overseen the management of over 2,000 rental units across the greater Charlotte area and beyond, directing a team of 75+ employees. His extensive experience includes leading both interior and exterior renovation projects, as well as handling new property acquisitions. Adam has also driven recruitment and training programs aimed at enhancing leasing practices, boosting resident retention, and optimizing profits for property owners.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of South Carolina, and a Master’s in Managerial Sciences from Georgia State University, Adam's leadership has earned his properties multiple awards for online reputation, customer service, and leasing performance.
